Good News
Alright, I'm going to keep this short because I have a long day ahead of me tommorrow, and I want to go to bed soon.
I mentioned on tuesday that last week I gained 3 pounds, and that I was going to be cutting out garbage foods completely, and since monday I have only been eating food that is good for me.
Well, I am proud to tell you all that since then I have lost 4 pounds, so now I weigh 233 pounds!

Hey, hope your still eating right.It's hard at first to break the old habits but once it starts coming off it's even more encouraging. Mix a little exercise with diet and the results get better. Since you are in cold country outdoor exercise isn't as much fun during poor weather. Try a rowing machine, eliptical, or stationary bike. You can find second hand exercise equiptment cheap.It will help tone you up. Reducing calories will keep you maintained but to reduce fat you need to burn calories and during the winter it is hard since activity level is low.Good luck you have alot to look foward to in life especially when you can overcome your issue with managing your weight. Your level of ambition will rise as will as your self esteem. I speak from experience.
