Another one bits the dust

Not much to say this week. I've lost another pound (3 pounds total), and I'm getting even more serious with the healthy eating.

I've switched to decaffinated green tea from coffee, I'm eating spinich salad as a snack food, and I'm taking a multi-vitamin daily. Now if I can just remember to go see my Doctor and see what he thinks of all this.

Also, I can tell that this title thing is going to start to suck because (quite frankly) my life is not exciting enough to require headlines (school -> gym -> work -> repeat). So from here on out I'm only going to be posting the date, unless I reach some really big goals (say 50 pounds or something). In which case I will celebrate with a headline.

Good going!

I think little success notes will help more than the big goal.

Green tea and water work.
Exercise is good like walking.
But sit ups help with the waist.

Our mailman used to walk miles but he said he had to do sit ups. What do you think?

Good work. I need to do something myself. My husband said today that we need to both lose weight. I told him that I knew. Then he said that we have had this conversation for 5 years now and we are still gaining weight. It is difficult to move in a different direction. Congratulations on your success.
