Long week

Well it's been a week since I completed the Tely 10 and I've already decided on what my next Big Fat Chance will be.

I've decided to take part in the Penny Mazda NLAA Provincial 20km Road Race this August 27th. That only gives me just around 4 weeks to train for it, but I know I can do it.

I sat down this morning and wrote out a training plan for myself. It was an interesting experience to sit down and try and figure out how I should train for this event, but I know that I will definetly be able to complete if I follow my plan.

Besides for that I've taken this week pretty easy. I didn't exercise very much and I was a bit more lax on what I was putting into my mouth, but I'm back to normal now. Running 5 days a week, going to the gym a couple of times a week, and I'm about to take up swimming, so I'm hoping to start seeing even more changes.

Anyway, that's enough for one day. Pictures from the Tely will be coming later in the week.
